Founder
Joey M. Lampert is the founder of Fort Lauderdale-based Lampert Law Firm. Mr. Lampert is a Board Certified Business Litigation Specialist focusing his practice on complex business disputes throughout the State of Florida. He represents companies, shareholders, executives, and entrepreneurs in high-stakes commercial litigation. Mr. Lampert focuses his practice on business litigation, partnership disputes, breach of contract, business torts, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenant matters, and defamation.
Before founding Lampert Law Firm, Mr. Lampert practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, one of the nation’s premier litigation firms, and was a Partner at Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, PL. Drawing on experience from both national and regional litigation firms, he founded Lampert Law Firm to provide sophisticated business litigation representation with the accessibility and efficiency of a boutique practice.
Mr. Lampert approaches each matter with a trial lawyer’s mindset: developing the facts, use his mastery of the law and aggressive litigation. Clients retain Mr. Lampert because they need more than legal analysis—they need a litigation strategist capable of navigating complex disputes, protecting business interests, and positioning cases for successful resolution whether motion practice, trial, or negotiation.

Mr. Lampert earned his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Center for Ethics and Public Service.
