Founder
Joey Lampert has brought over a hundred business legal matters to favorable resolutions, with and without litigation, won multiple appeals in the Florida District Courts of Appeal, including protecting business and employees’ rights to maintain private confidential information, and routinely advises clients on a full range of business-related legal issues.
Prior to founding Lampert Law Firm, Joey Lampert served as a Partner in the litigation and trial practice group of Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright. Previously, Lampert worked at Boies, Schiller & Flexner, one of the United States’ top antitrust and litigation law firms.
At Boies, Schiller & Flexner, Lampert represented investor class members stemming from the $18-billion losses in the Madoff Ponzi scheme, and represented injured parties in product liability lawsuits across the United States against the five largest power tool manufacturers world-wide.
Joey Lampert received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Lampert served as part of the Center for Ethics and Public Service. He stands established as an honored, quoted, and published attorney: honored by Florida Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star,” quoted by the Florida Daily Business Review in elucidating protection of clients’ rights, and published by the Florida Bar Journal discussing certain Florida Rules of Judicial Administration and lawyer practitioners’ misinterpretation and improper filing of “sensitive information” in the public court record.
